How Clickflame Rebuilt Our Forklift Repair Website
By David Tothill, Owner of Forklift 911 and Riser Forklift. Published November 5, 2026.
We fix forklifts. Propane, diesel and electric, at your dock, across Riverside County. Our team has over 50 years of combined experience with these machines. Building websites is not something any of us do.
So we handed that job to Clickflame. This post covers what they did on forklift911.com, and what the numbers look like so far.
What They Built
The new site went up in June 2026, when we pointed the domain over. It was written around the moment a lift quits and someone needs a tech. The phone number sits at the top of the page, and you can call or text it.
Each thing we do has its own page. That covers emergency forklift repair, preventative maintenance, propane, diesel and electric repair, cylinders and masts, hydraulic hoses, and batteries. That is eight service pages in all.
They also built a page for each of the 12 cities we cover, from Riverside to Temecula. A shop manager can see that we come to their town without having to call and ask.
The Work You Cannot See
A lot of the job never shows on the screen. Here is what Clickflame did behind the pages.
- Wrote a title and description for each page in October
- Sped the site up by hosting its own fonts and loading tracking late
- Added an accessibility layer and a privacy page
- Put a Google map on the pages so people can see where we work
- Set up Search Console, a sitemap, IndexNow and Google Analytics
- Started counting taps on the phone number
- Filed a disavow with Google for bad links pointing at our domain
What The Numbers Say So Far
Here is where the search data stands. In September, Google showed our site 150 times and we got 5 clicks. From October 1 to November 3 it showed us 1,981 times and we got 10 clicks.
Those are early numbers, and the direction is what counts. People are finding us for searches like pallet jack repair near me and fork lift maintenance near me. Emergency forklift repair has started to show up too, with 208 impressions since August.
What I Would Tell Another Repair Shop
Get a page for each job you do and each city you drive to. Put your number where a person in a hurry can find it. Then look at real numbers, like the ones above, so you can see what is moving.
If your lift is down, call or text us at 951.775.5648. If your website is the thing that is down, talk to Clickflame.
